Use the project inquiry for windows, murals, and custom work. Party and event banners have a shorter banner form. Balloons have a balloon form. Doormats, cutting boards, and the color-your-own holiday banner are on gifts & extras.

A clear photo of the wall, window, or room helps more than anything. The inquiry has a spot for those, and a separate spot for inspiration — screenshots, colors, or other work you want it to feel like. Include the town, roughly how big the surface is, the vibe or theme, and any hard date (opening, party, holiday).

Links to Instagram or Pinterest work too. If you don’t have the photos yet, send the form and reply to Katie’s email with them.

As soon as you know the date. Simple nearby windows can sometimes fit sooner; murals and busy party weekends fill up. Banner requests around birthdays and holidays go fast — send the form even if you’re still deciding on colors.

Send an inquiry to ask for a date. The form does not hold it until she confirms.

Usually yes — a deposit holds your date on the calendar. The rest is due when the work is finished (or at pickup for banners). She’ll confirm the amount on your quote.

Seasonal storefront work is meant to come off. Katie paints on glass so the design can be washed when the season changes — that’s how shops go from summer parrots to fall leaves on the same panes.

Removal of the current set is part of the job unless you tell her otherwise.

They’re built for a season, not forever. A holiday or summer set typically stays up until you’re ready for the next story. Sun, weather, and how often the glass is cleaned all affect how it looks over time.

If you want something more permanent, that’s a mural or sign conversation, not seasonal glass.

Many storefront sets are a day on site; a full front with lots of panes can take longer. She’ll give a schedule with the quote so you know when the sidewalk will have a painter and when the glass is done.

Refer a friend or local business: when they book their first holiday window painting, you get $25 off your next window painting and they get $25 off their first one ($50 total). Valid for Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas windows through December 31, 2026. Referral must be a new client; have them mention your name when they book.

Book a window

It depends on wall size, detail, and whether it’s indoor or outdoor. Small accent walls can be a short run of days; larger or more illustrated walls take longer, including design time before paint hits the wall.

Outdoor work also waits on weather. Katie will sketch a schedule once she sees photos of the space.

Indoor murals are about the room: furniture, light, and a palette that still feels like yours. Outdoor murals need extra prep for the wall (smooth, brick, concrete) and paint that can handle Southern Oregon weather.

Share whether the wall is inside or out, and what it’s made of, on the inquiry.

Most party banners are a flat fee, typically in the $65–$150 range, based on size and how much illustration is on the piece — not by the square foot. Extra-complex themes can land higher; she’ll quote before she paints.

Arched banner: arch rental of $30, $15 refunded when the arch is returned. Balloons can be added on the banner form. Prices are on the balloon menu.

Halloween trunk-or-treat banners are $55 for a hand-painted 3×4 that fits a trunk, any theme. See them on Instagram.

Give as much notice as you can, especially for weekend parties. The banner form asks for your event date so Katie can check the calendar. Submitting the form does not guarantee that date until she confirms.

Southern Oregon pickup is the usual path. Shipping is available if you need it — say so on the form. She’ll confirm how and when you’ll get the banner once the date is locked.

Use the balloon form for clusters, arch and backdrop rentals, full arches, half loops, full loops, columns, stacks, walls, and name balloons. You can also add balloons on the banner form. Prices are the balloon menu.

A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your scheduled date. Rush orders (less than 15 days) may incur extra fees. You’ll hear back within 24–48 hours. Sending a form does not secure the date by itself.

Freestanding

Freestanding bendable arches are only required if the balloon arch needs to stand away from the wall. Balloon arches can be installed directly against a wall without a frame.

Columns — $150 each, includes balloons

• 7ft tall
• Up to 3 colors
• Swirl design or alternate stack
• Can add a foil balloon at the top, or vinyl wording/logo on the top balloon

Balloon stacks

• Balloon stack — $150 4–5 ft tall. Sits on floor.
• Premium — $250+ 5–6 ft tall. Includes large base balloons + foil balloons and add-ons.

Grab N Go

• Installation — 20% of balloon + rental subtotal
• Delivery — $1/mile round trip (×4 if including pickup)
• Tear down — Delivery ×4 + $75 ($150 if after midnight)
• Service fee — $12 (to cover card processing fees)
• Outdoor fee — $100/hr (most jobs take an hour or less for setup)

Pricing is available on request. Boards come in different size and shape options, they’re customized and hand-painted, and shipping is available. Design ideas include a last name, pumpkins, a turkey, a Christmas tree, a nutcracker, a family portrait, a recipe, or pets.

It’s a coloring sheet for the kids’ table. Designs are Happy Thanksgiving, HAPPY HOLIDAYS, and MERRY MERRY MERRY. $30 for one 3×5 ft coloring sheet of your choice plus 1 pack of crayons. Custom options are available for Halloween, holidays, and birthday parties.

She’s based in the Rogue Valley and regularly paints in Medford, Ashland, Talent, Grants Pass, Phoenix, Central Point, Jacksonville, White City, and nearby Southern Oregon towns. See public pieces on the art map.

Nearby Rogue Valley jobs are the norm. Farther sites are quoted with travel included so there are no surprises. Put the job address (or town) on the inquiry so she can plan the trip.

Outdoor walls and some window days need a decent stretch of dry, workable weather. If rain, extreme heat, or smoke gets in the way, Katie will reschedule. Indoor murals and banners aren’t weather-dependent.
