You’ll hear back within 24–48 hours. A form doesn’t hold a date until Katie confirms it.

A clear photo of the wall, window, or space helps more than anything. Include the town, roughly how big the surface is, the vibe or theme you want, and any hard date (opening, party, holiday).

Inspiration screenshots or Instagram saves are welcome. If you skipped photos on the form, reply to Katie’s email with them.

As soon as you know the date. Simple nearby windows can sometimes fit sooner; murals and busy party weekends fill up. Banner requests around birthdays and holidays go fast — send the form even if you’re still deciding on colors.

Katie will tell you what’s realistic when she replies.

Yes — for windows and murals she posted remaining days: September 17–18, September 21–22, September 27–30. That calendar does not include banners.

Yes — September 20, 4–6pm at Legend Cider in Talent with Wild Blooms. You’ll paint a 6-inch vase, fill it with fresh flowers, and have happy-hour drinks. $35 per person.

Usually yes — a deposit holds your date on the calendar. The rest is due when the work is finished (or at pickup for banners). She’ll confirm the amount on your quote.

Seasonal storefront work is meant to come off. Katie paints on glass so the design can be washed when the season changes — that’s how shops go from summer parrots to fall leaves on the same panes.

Removal of the current set is part of the job unless you tell her otherwise.

They’re built for a season, not forever. A holiday or summer set typically stays up until you’re ready for the next story. Sun, weather, and how often the glass is cleaned all affect how it looks over time.

If you want something more permanent, that’s a mural or sign conversation, not seasonal glass.

Many storefront sets are a day on site; a full front with lots of panes can take longer. She’ll give a schedule with the quote so you know when the sidewalk will have a painter and when the glass is done.

It depends on wall size, detail, and whether it’s indoor or outdoor. Small accent walls can be a short run of days; larger or more illustrated walls take longer, including design time before paint hits the wall.

Outdoor work also waits on weather. Katie will sketch a schedule once she sees photos of the space.

Indoor murals are about the room: furniture, light, and a palette that still feels like yours. Outdoor murals need extra prep for the wall (smooth, brick, concrete) and paint that can handle Southern Oregon weather.

Share whether the wall is inside or out, and what it’s made of, on the inquiry.

Most party banners are a flat fee, typically in the $65–$150 range, based on size and how much illustration is on the piece — not by the square foot. Extra-complex themes can land higher; she’ll quote before she paints.

Give as much notice as you can, especially for weekend parties. The banner form asks for your event date so Katie can check the calendar. Submitting the form does not guarantee that date until she confirms.

Southern Oregon pickup is the usual path. Shipping is available if you need it — say so on the form. She’ll confirm how and when you’ll get the banner once the date is locked.

She’s based in the Rogue Valley and regularly paints in Medford, Ashland, Talent, Grants Pass, Phoenix, Central Point, Jacksonville, White City, and nearby Southern Oregon towns. See public pieces on the art map.

Nearby Rogue Valley jobs are the norm. Farther sites are quoted with travel included so there are no surprises. Put the job address (or town) on the inquiry so she can plan the trip.

Outdoor walls and some window days need a decent stretch of dry, workable weather. If rain, extreme heat, or smoke gets in the way, Katie will reschedule. Indoor murals and banners aren’t weather-dependent.
