Balloon clusters $18/ft (Small Approx. 1 ft, Medium Approx. 1.5 ft, Large Approx. 2 ft). Remaining balance due no later than 30 days before your scheduled date, completing your payment in its entirety. Oregon has no state sales tax, therefore sales taxes will not be applied.
